Created by Jon Bon Jovi, Jesse Bongiovi and celebrated French winemaker Gérard Bertrand, Hampton Water brings laid-back Hamptons living to The Garden. Pull up a seat beneath the glass roof for chilled rosé, Hampton Water Bubbly and a curated menu of cocktails and spritzes made for long summer afternoons.

Cool down with the Summer House Fizz, combining Bubbly, peach, basil and lemon with a boozy popsicle. Turn up the heat with a watermelon and chilli Heatwave Spritz, or try the Coastal Rosé and Pink Tide—two fresh takes on our favourite pink pour.
Loaded crisps made for rosé
Our East Coast Crisps come piled with smoked salmon, crème fraîche, dill, capers and pickled red onion. Add Arenkha caviar if you’re feeling fancy.
The Garden Party Crisps are loaded with whipped ricotta, parmesan, chives, chilli and truffle oil, with prosciutto available for good measure.
