Age Restrictions
All guests must be at least 16 years of age to use the spa and leisure facilities at Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel & Spa. Please note that age restrictions may apply to specific spa treatments.
Children’s Swimming Times
Children under 16 are welcome to use the pool during the following times only:
- 8:00am – 9:00am
- 12:00pm – 1:00pm
- 4:00pm – 5:00pm
Appointments
Demand for treatments is high, especially during weekends and holiday periods. We highly recommend making your reservation in advance. Hotel guests are encouraged to book spa treatments at the time of booking their accommodation.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your spa treatment or spa package, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time for a full refund. A 50% cancellation fee will apply if less than 48 hours’ notice is given.
Running Late
If you are running late for your appointment, please contact the spa on 0131 527 4665. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment; however, if this is not possible, your treatment will begin and end at the originally scheduled times.
Specific Requirements
If you have any specific requirements, medical conditions, are pregnant, or have any physical challenges, please inform The Spa at Charlotte Square when booking. Certain services and treatments may not be suitable in some cases.e Restrictions
