In partnership with Colinton Arts Gallery

Lighting up Kimpton Charlotte Square this festive season

Just in time for the Christmas season, we’ve launched a new art exhibition which will take our guests on a journey through Edinburgh without having to leave the hotel.

Following the success of our partnership with the family-run gallery Colinton Arts last year, we’re celebrating their return with a new bespoke installation.

Also returning to our gallery walls is emerging artist, Jason Cordingley whose art features the capital’s renowned city landscape and the iconic Scots Monument. This year, Jason has created new landscape paintings offering a poetic insight into an audacious reality of extreme colours and textures that celebrate Edinburgh’s rich history and beautiful architecture.

Joining Jason in the exhibition and making their debut at Kimpton Charlotte Square is Daniel O’Donnell, Andy Keir, David Escarabajal and Sheena Phillips. Together they have created 24 pieces of art, each bringing their own perspective with distinct yet complimentary styles.

Edinburgh is arguably the ultimate Christmas destination and as our city transforms into a winter wonderland, make sure you take the time to visit Kimpton Charlotte Square and check-out our latest new exhibition!

Located in the historic village of Colinton, Colinton Arts is a family-run gallery presenting the very best of local and regional talent including exclusive paintings, prints and sculptures.
